Return/Exchange Policy

  • What is your return policy? 
    • All sales are final and we do not accept returns. 
  • Do you have an exchange policy? 
    • Yes, because we understand mishaps happen, we do allow exchanges within 5 days of the delivered stamp on the tracking. This means you should inspect and try on the jewelry ASAP upon delivery. Reach out to us to info@juvierandco.com NOTE: There is a $6 flat shipping fee for the exchange. 
  • Is refund an option? 
    • All sales are final and refunds are not an option but exchanges are within 5 days of delivery.
